Usernames and passwords are system generated and sent to you in a
welcome letter if you are new owner.
They are also sent with each billing statement. Please
refer to the front of your statement, just below the middle of the
page, to find your username and password.
If your password is starred (*********) out, this means that you
have logged into the site and been given the opportunity to change
your password. Once you have accessed the site once
your password will no longer show up on your billing statement.
